By downloading, accessing, or using Axiom PCS: Pediatric PT Prep (“the App”) or the Axiom ProEd website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) ↗.
2. Free Starter Access & Axiom Pro Subscriptions
Axiom PCS provides immediate Free Starter Mode access upon installation (including Study Module 1 across all 5 sections, Diagnostic Exam Set 1 with 20 clinical cases and scoring analytics, clinical calculators, and sample rapid-recall flashcards) with no login required.
Full access to all 32 Audio & Written Study Modules (160 sections) and all 30 Clinical Exam Sets (600 clinical vignettes and 513 visual schematics) is available through an optional Axiom Pro auto-renewable subscription:

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Rules
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the conclusion of the 7-day free trial period for the Annual Pass, if not canceled beforehand).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or at least 24 hours before the end of the 7-day free trial).
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the rate of the selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time after purchase by going to your device's iOS Settings → [Your Name / Apple ID] → Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

No Medical Advice: Nothing contained in the App or on this website constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or patient-specific treatment recommendations. Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs), medication dosing, surgical thresholds, and lab safety cutoffs evolve continuously and must always be verified against primary literature, institutional protocols, and the treating physician's orders prior to clinical application.
4. Non-Affiliation & Trademark Notice

5. Intellectual Property
All written study modules, audio scripts, clinical case vignettes, distractor rationales, custom SVG clinical diagrams, software code, and database architectures within Axiom PCS are the proprietary intellectual property of Axiom ProEd and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not extract, scrape, redistribute, or commercially reproduce the SQLite database or study materials.
